BlackBerry Smoothie with out Yogurt

This fresh Blackberry smoothie recipe is EASY, ready in 5 minutes and healthy. 

  • ½ ltr Milk (Full Cream)
  • 1 Cup Fresh Blackberries
  • ½ cup Coconut Cream
  • ¼ pc Avocodo
  • 1 tbsp Chiaseeds
  • 1 tbsp Ground Nuts
  • 1 cubes Ice
  1. In a blender, add Fresh blakberries, coconut cream, & milk.
  2. Add sweetener if desired,
  3. Add 1 or 2 ice cubes for an ice /slushie like texture if desired
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute
  5. Enjoy immediately as one serve or 2 serves
